Methodology

Our Recommendation

We invariably use the 5 step “Treatment Regimen” as the trunk of our process tree.  At each step we look at all of the 5 components of “The Cure.” 

We recommend that, independent of where you believe the problem lies, as a team, you and To The Tipping Point evaluate all of the components of "The Cure" before you decide which pieces you would like us to help you with.


How we proceed 

  • Evaluate – We start in meetings with key members of your staff to determine what is working and what is not.  This is then followed by a “brainstorming session” in which we facilitate discussions regarding what changes would be both impactful and practical.
  • Review - Our first deliverable will be a presentation of the results of the Evaluation phase of the Assignment, with initial recommendations.  The objective of the Review is to agree upon possible solutions, as well as which issues will be addressed, and by which party, you, To The Tipping Point or our Associated Consultancies.
  • Plan – During this phase of the Assignment, we will develop a Plan outline for each of the issues selected by you.  The intent can be that some or all, of the Plan will be implemented by To The Tipping Point but all, or some subset of the Plan, can be implemented directly by your staff, or by one of our Associated Consultancies, with little or no involvement from us.
  • Obtain Approvals – Once the Plan outline has been reviewed and agreed upon by your personnel working through the development of the Plan, a formal Implementation Plan will be developed by us for presentation to the approving authority at your Company.
  • Implementation – Following final approval, implementation of the Plan will be executed according to an agreed upon time line with milestone payments to To The Tipping Point as agreed and appropriate.
  • Post Assignment Service - When the last milestone in an assignment is reached, but you want to have an affordable way of continuing to leverage our expertise at an affordable cost, we offer an agreement where, for a small fee up front, you can obtain our best hourly rate independent of how much you utilize our services in the following year.
